Canned Vegetables
Does canned vegetables make you gain more fat, or wut? Should I buy frozen vegetables instead?

If they are just canned in water with nothing else added, not likely. Frozen would be better anyway.

Canned vegetables are not likely to make you fat, but make sure you read the ingredients listed on the label of the can. Some cans may have quite a bit of sodium or additives etc that may be in the can as well. I would try going for the frozen veges over the canned stuff.

most canned veggies are soggy and loaded with sodium. eat fresh ones instead.

did you know that food has nutrition labels? if the ingredients just say "water, corn" then all it has i water and corn. ur 25...... come on, ur just being lazy

I eat canned veggies all the time. Mostly lima beans, green beans, spinach or corn (yes I know some don't like corn for a cut). It is just easy to buy the small little half cans with the pop tops, just crack them open, drain and dump in a luch. I most times try to get the "no salt added" so I can add my own salt and control how much I'm getting. I also buy a lot of frozen veggies. I just recently discovered the three pound bag of brocoli at Walmart!

I like the fresh stuff 1st then frozen as cheaper option if budget is tight.

Fresh = too much work for the most part
Frozen = easy
Canned = easiest (depending on what it is)
