Dude its just toothpaste. You put a very small amount on the tip of your toothbrush. Unless you eat half a tube a day you have nothing to worry about.

You've got to watch the serving size with toothpaste. It says use a dime sized ammount. That
's why I always keep my change, for accurate measurment.
Also, make sure you don't OD on mouthwash either. Lots of teh carbz der.
