2 tsp cocoa powder
sweetener to taste.
Small amount of cold coffee
2 egg whites.
Whisk the egg white till stiff.
Mix the cocoa, sweetener and enough coffee to make a smooth paste.
Fold the coffee mixture through the egg white and then freeze.
This make a sort of chocolate mousse, which is very low fat and very low cal.
