Eating clean again and working out week 4

That's a very nice boat. Hopefully one day we can afford something a little bigger like that. The ski boat was nice in the lake, but now that it's used on the coast we've found that it really can't handle the rough stuff too well.

Oh, and no. My girlfriend doesn't speak Spanish. She was actually born in Germany, has lived in California, Colorado, Georgia, etc due to a military family.

The last 2 weeks have been a bit off my routine. only made it to the gym 1 day last week and 0 days of cardio. the week before I had 3 days of cardio and 3 days in the gym. Been getting distracted with a swimming pool project I'm doing and also working on the boat. I think my body really needed the rest though, my cardio went way up as did my strength this week, the gut is still at 43" and I'm weighing in at 229 right now, time to get back on track. Yesterday I benched 225 for 10, then 275 for 8. thats the most weight I've gotten on bench in a long time.

By the way prepare yourself to hit some BUMPS along the road, as your body gets more fit, changes and developements will take much longer then they do now. It will get frusterating, which is usually the point where a lot of people start HATING excersisng and working out. Especially in your position, where you are seeing a lot of results early on.
