Yoga/Flexibility/Balance/Recovery

I'm starting to use yoga to help with my flexibility issues. My main areas of concern deal with my lower back, butt, hamstrings, hip flexors, quads. The whole shabang! I know I am not going to last many more years lifting heavy weight unless I try to fix these issues. Anybody got any suggestions, advice, tidbits, etc...?

Im looking into something similar as i am having problems with my back. Im thinking of giving choi kwang do a try, it helps with the same sort of things.

I do some Yoga and stretching routines. I do the ones on the P90X routine called Yoga X and X Stretch. The Yoga routine is around 90 minutes and the X Stretch is about 60. They've helped me quite a bit with my flexibility so far, I would definitely recommend it for anyone. They also work on stability and those stability muscles. Good luck!
