Yoga/Flexibility/Balance/Recovery
I'm starting to use yoga to help with my flexibility issues. My main areas of concern deal with my lower back, butt, hamstrings, hip flexors, quads. The whole shabang! I know I am not going to last many more years lifting heavy weight unless I try to fix these issues. Anybody got any suggestions, advice, tidbits, etc...?
