Dead Lifts

Hey crew,

I have a bit of a problem with dead lifts. I suffer lordosis( mild one ) in the lower back though many years of doing capoeira, and when ever I do dead lifts( even in proper form) I feel a bit of a twitch in the lower vertebra.

i would like to know if it's any other good exercise to work lower back?

Regards

If you want something similar, rack pulls and good mornings.

Otherwise, hyperextensions are great.
