Trying to get back on track
Hi, I have been trying to get back in the swing of things so I figure if I post a picture I will feel pressured to show improvements. Its not easy doing this with all the great looking females already here.... So here goes nothing....hold the laughing down to a dull roar.... FYI 44, 5'8 and 150 lbs

So many Body Space profiles of women over 40 looking really great! I've noticed more with better muscle development than the thin 20 something minis (no offense). I'm definitely looking forward to my 50's. Great job to all who are in this league and best of luck to those who are working for it.

I've said it many times, there is nothing sexier than a mature women in good shape. Much more appealing than the youngsters that for the most part really should have no excuse for not being in shape.
For the older woman it can be harder which makes that much more respectable and admirable.

If bodybuilding.com had a "Best Thread" competition this would be a clear winner and all others would be a distant second.....every time.
I wish I could get here and post more often so I don't come across as being a stranger but time just isn't on my side at the moment.

New To Bodyspace
