im trying to decide between source naturals mens life force multiples and orange triad. i really want to try OT since everyone here is raving about it but i read some article about how most multis have poor absorption rates. mens life force multiples was at 90+ percent. theyre pretty much same price per serving and but OT has the joint support, immune system, and digestion help.

what do you guys think? which one should i go for? anyone used both before?

if you want more than just a multi, Orange Triad is an awesome choice

Orange Triad...I am now a believer of its greatness...hurt my back real bad (had my lower back make love to the end of a hand rail at full force) and have been more mobile then I thought I would be...besides discomfort from the cut...I have only had to scale back my workouts slightly...damn

many people have had bad experiences with this product. me included.

it doesn't absorb well and lots of people have found it in their feces, undigested.

i'd recommend trying either now adam, opti-men, or orange triad.

I got a crazy cheap price on Garden of Life Living Multi (Men's Formula) and it doesn't show up in feces. (On ebay)

Their pills look like their probiotic pills but a tad smaller with more stuff in them. I don't get too much of the bright pee since I take 3 pills 2x a day.

6 is the recommended allowance.

It includes with the vitamins this mixture.

sea veg,antioxidant fruit/veggie/herbal/mushroom/trace mineral/botanicals.

Each serving having different milligrams most being the sea veg.

The product that was the best overall is very very expensive!

Orange Triad seems to be popular (even though I only read this last page, I'll read the others later), so I might go get this.

I've considered Animal Pak before, but from reading various testimonials, I'm not sure if it's actually worth it or just hyped.

Question: Does it really make a drastic difference whether you swallow or chew the pills? (Even if it was meant to be swallowed.)

Yea, but honestly, I don't really mind...I've done it before and I can't deny that it is in fact a horrid, rancid taste, but the thing is I have a hard time swallowing pills in itself. I can do little ones, but the larger sized ones like fish oil I have to just hold my breath, chew, and swallow it so I can get over with it already. I've gotten pretty used to it, so the taste isn't really a problem for me. I don't suppose it has any advantage, but are there any negatives to doing this?

If you ask me, wouldnt it benefit you more to chew them..kinda like why you chew food before you swallow it?

With animal pak it would have a negative effect if you chewed the pills. Each pill has a special time released coating on it to help absorption of all of the vitamins. If you chew them, then the time released coatings are diminished.

I've been taking Millennium Sport's MVP in the morning and their ZMK at night for a couple of months, and I am now convinced this is better because your body does not absorb vitamins and minerals the same way.

i was on OT for 90 days, and then decided to go a different route, just to give it a shot

i went on Now ADAM and Animal Flex, and i can say, i felt MUCH better on OT. i had less popping and cracks on OT, and the immune formula cant be beat. im still on ADAM, and thats only because i dont have any money for OT ={

Not every multi is timed release. With Animal Pak your getting so many things in one product (multi, amino's, performance optimizers, efa's and a digestive complex).

awesome, its a great product and most people should give it a shot. it can help on so many fronts all the while costing less and being much more convenient than taking all of the complexes found in it separately
