yeah we need to know what body type you have. if your normally more lean then you probably want to go ahead and eat everything in site. if your so so, you should be careful not to get too many calories. and it doesnt sound like your fat so i would say that at the rate your gaining weight, go ahead and get up to 180 and then worry about the cardio and dieting. but as far as your training...there are 2 types of muscle fibers, fast twitch and slow twitch. fast twitch takes up more of your muscle mass and is used for heavy, fast movement. so when bulking you want to focus on heavy weights. around 4-6 rep range. but even with your bulking you cant forget about the slow twitch which are used for lighter weight and slower reps. cause even though they are smaller, they are still muscle fibers that need attention. ide say 2 weeks heavy, 1 week light...rinse and repeat.
