Front squats 3x/wk?

Anyone does front squats 3 times per week?

My 1RM for this lift is 110kg and I want to up this ASAP.

Thinking along the lines of the Texas protocol

E.g.

Mon-heavy(5x3x100kg)
Wed-medium(4x6x80kg)
Fri-heavy(3x1x105kg)

I squat 3x a week at a bare mimimum, I used a peaking cycle by Pavel Tsatsouline to get my front squat to 120kg from 110kg in a month, utilizing a 6/5/4/3/2/1 rep scheme:

it's a deadlift article but it worked really well for my front squat by doing a week of 3 second pauses, a week of 2 second pauses, a week of 1 second pauses and then max the week after that with no pause.

Brad Gillingham has a 3x per week front squat program on his video. Definetly worth trying.

I've done squat 3x a week; I was on a routine where I was doing heavy squatting on mon/wed/fri, mon and fri being back, wed being front. I saw amazing results, but it takes a lot of discipline to stick to. Good luck.
