It is Fitday.com. They have ones that are more fancy with some extra options, but this one works for me and it is free.

Thanks for getting us started Fade. I had surgery on my foot Friday so cardio will probably be out for a few months. I'm going to try to start lifting with my upper body at the first of the month. My best option for losing weight right now is to keep my food intake super clean.

Very true- even if you can't hit the gym hard, you can always control your food intake. Just eat good so when you can get back in the gym, you are prepared to work.

When I weighed myself at 304 two weeks ago, I cycled off creatine for one week before the weigh-in. Now that I started back up for the last 2 weeks, I weighed in at 307 today, but I feel thinner. Go figure.

My foot actually felt a lot better yesterday than I expected. Hopefully, I might be able to get back into the gym even quicker than I thought.

Good to hear, Wolf. What routine are you going to try? I had some blood work and urine tests done for my yearly. Will be nice to see the positive changes from my profile.

I think I'm going to try and do a 4 day split. This will give me some activity 4 days a week and keep my workouts shorter so I will not be on my foot as much at one time.

Let me know how the test results go. It is a great feeling and very encouraging to see how your changes have helped your health out.

Post your split if you can, Wolf. Curious to see what you are doing. I may go to a 5x5 routine to shorten the time per session, but go more days. Playing basketball has been a rarity since the gym court is always packed. I may need to start playing outdoors to get in the court time.

As much cardio and plyometrics as I do, NOTHING gets you in basketball shape more than playing basketball.

I got my preliminary results from my blood test- to my total shock, the doctor said my thyroid was slightly lower than normal but they want to re-evaluate it in 6-8 weeks. I never thought that would be an issue.

Good job Fade. Any idea on what your numbers were before you started losing weight?

I'm lookin forward to the results yall get myself... being a 300 pounder (err... 297.6 now to be exact), I'm still trying to pin why I can't eat such a "large" amount of calories and lose any weight.

Even doing cardio AND workouts 5 days a week, my body can apparently do ALOT with whatever I put in it, and for me eating 2000 calories may as well be eating 4000. My weight absolutely won't move one way or the other... unless it's up, lol

Have you ever had your thyroid checked, Poetique? After reading up on it, that could be a major reason for your lack of weight loss.

Right now, I am trying to plan out my next lifting routine... 4 day split, Full Body, Layne Norton 5 day routine, 5x5 Starr, etc.

Not sure where to go from here, but I know I want to increase my leg strength to weight ratio to help with my vertical.

Any thoughts?

Down to 303 today and I start a new plyometric routine which is the last Phase of the 12 week Beginner VJB. I can't believe it will be 3 months of VJB in 3 more weeks. Time flies.

Good to hear Fade. I've been working lots of hours over the past few weeks, so I've not even weighed myself. Luckily, my foot is still healing up good.

Here is my new routine starting this week. My weakness is my leg strength to weight ratio. I need to increase my power AND keep losing weight to see gains in my vertical. How has your eating been, Wolf?

Friday-Upper Power

Saturday-Lower Power

Sunday-Plyometrics

Monday-Hyper Chest/Arms

Tuesday-Hyper Shoulder/Traps

Wednesday-Hyper Legs

Thursday OFF

Actually I havn't had it checked, and for good reason... my sister has a Thyroid condition.

If I go in and find out I also have one, I know I'm going to go ape **** over it and probably do something even more drastic (I'm eating ~900 cals now... do believe that I'm willing to try less). For that matter I recently found out that fasting a couple of days on water doesn't bother me, so that's another route I might end up taking. So if I do have one, I personally think it would be best that I don't find out about it. Not to mention I'll have to start buying meds that I'm not going to take anyway... figured I'd just skip the whole ordeal.
