*cc w/ fruit or mixed nuts
*sounds weird, but sometimes i take hardboiled egg whites & in place of where the yolk was i put a little almond/peanut butter. yum!

... however PB w/ anything sounds pretty good to me!
*making your own protein bars like a previous post states is a good idea as well; i make my own every couple weeks. sometimes i'll even break up one of the bars & throw it in some yogurt or cottage cheese.
