Sunflower seeds, the Planters 3/4 is 7g of protein and 180 calories, alittle high on the calories. But last a good couple hours, few here and there and fills you up. Celery and peanut is also a good snack and high in Protein.

*oats w/ p.pwdr mixed in
*cc w/ p.pwdr mixed in
*egg whites
*cc w/ fruit or mixed nuts
*sounds weird, but sometimes i take hardboiled egg whites & in place of where the yolk was i put a little almond/peanut butter. yum! ... however PB w/ anything sounds pretty good to me!
*making your own protein bars like a previous post states is a good idea as well; i make my own every couple weeks. sometimes i'll even break up one of the bars & throw it in some yogurt or cottage cheese.
