Do you know anyone that has tried a thermogenic product like Lipo 6 or Hydroxycut Hardcore to help with the fat loss?

I used a few different thermogenics during my contest preparation. I like lipo-6, and also used meltdown, by VPX. I think I preferred the Lipo-6 though. I always add ephedrine 2x daily, and the fat seems to drip off of my body. After a couple weeks it doesn't seem to give me energy anymore, but helps tremendously with late night carb cravings.

I like the muscle milk, but I don't consider a benefit or a downer.
I just use it as a regular protein supplement because it taste better then a lot of them i've taken.
I don't use an excess amount of it, and usually only when i'm on the go with my workouts, I used the pre-mixed when I go jogging at the park or hiking or some other out of the way place.

Sweet. Thanks, Nick. I wanted to give hydroxycut hardcore a try because it really worked for a guy at work. Although, I've read a lot of bad reviews about the side effects. Also, today he told me quit taking them and went to African Hoodia because it made him really jittery. I figured as much because of the high amounts of caffeine. Judging by your pictures, it looks like you really know what you're doing when it comes to nutrition and workouts. Do you think you can hook me up with an example of what you do in the gym as far as abs?

Nick, I tried the Lipo 6. I got up in the morning, ate a light breakfast and then about 30 minutes later, I took 1 pill. Within minutes my face got really hot. Then, I started to feel paranoid and got the jitters real bad. Could it be because I'm not used to having so much caffeine? Would u recommend I keep trying it or discontinue using it?

Muscle milk?
Ask a dairy farmer about Muscle Milk, I'll give you something to think about.

Well, I live in Panama City and there aren't really any farmers around. Explain it to me.
