My program is getting a big boring so I am going to have a go writing up a new weights program today to start on Monday.
I was going to do measurements today but I can't find where I put my old measurements - I have looked everywhere in the house andI was sure I put them in my training diary but they are not there. Might just have to do them anyway and start again.

That's what I think too Mandy
I went and had a look at another gym in my area today - they have got some freaky machines there and I'd love to give them a try. I know a guy who works there so I am hoping to speak with him to get a free 7 day pass so I can try it all out.
I think that is what my problem is, I am running out of things I can do in the gym where I train now - so it's very same old, same old if you know what I mean. I'll get there eventually LOL

Not sure if I am going to change just yet Kim - there are a few new gyms around that I wouldn't mind checking out.

Thanks Mandy I am still thinking of trying to work out a routine that is fun so will see what happens. I tried a new one this morning and it was awesome - it's probably my new favourite exercise now. If I can work out a heap more like it and a few others I do, then I can stay where I am.

Update - Went to see my dietitan this morning about my diet etc etc (can you believe it has been 5 weeks since I last saw her?)
Anyway, I have dropped 2.85kg and 3% body fat which is awesome - I am so happy with that. She has re-jigged my diet (only slightly) to drop a few more calories and I go back to see her again in 5 more weeks. Body fat is now at 18%
Still need to work on my Triceps though as I had lost nothing from there. I lost bf on my biceps but not triceps. It will obviously be the last place where I'll lose but its all good
I start my new program on Monday so will put in more tricep work and see if it helps shift some
