getting better all the time
I started doing power building exercises for rugby over 10 months ago and already have seen some considerable games, you can view all my gains and workouts on my bodyspace. I found this powerclean building workout on the net and have been following it over the last month. I find it challenging, what do you think? Will it work?]
Stage 1 (6wrk outs/3wks)
Squats 5 seconds down, 5 secs up for 6 reps 4 sets
Followed by supersetting
? Snatch from mid ? thigh to reset (clean & press from thighs)
? Clean pulls (pulls from floor)
Each done for 6reps * 6sets
Upper body then on two other days
Stage 2 (6wrk outs/3wks)
Start 4 sets 8 reps Romanian deadlift
Hang clean & Front Squat (non cross arms)
Week 1 = 5sets 4reps
Week 2 = 4sets 4reps
Week 3 = 5 sets 2reps
Finish with pull ups
Two other days upper body
Not really sure what to do on the upper body days
