Question FAT LOSS Diet

I am looking to lose some fat over the next few weeks. My current diet consists of 39% protein, 39% carbs, and 22% fat according to fitday.com. Should I lower my carbs a little to lose fat or should I leave things like they are. I am also doing cardio 3x a week and weights 2x a week. Eventually I am gonna increase the weight lifting portion of my plan and lift more frequently. Right now I am focused on fat loss.

Are you maintaining at those macros right now or losing? If it's working, don't change a thing. If you're stalled out, lower the carbs, increase the fats, and do a refeed as needed.
