Normally I'd go into an explanation about the benefits of squats or other workouts but you're obviously a troll.
Go eat some food and do some squats. Oh and go and see a doctor, you weigh less then a girl.

You seriously need to put some weight on. Go on a clean bulk for a good 20-30lbs. Lots of big main lifts - deadlifts, squats (ass to grass), lunges, don't forget the upper half of your body though.
I recommend that you look around this site, you will find lots of information for someone with your build and how to bulk and put on size and increase strength.
Good luck

Nasri- Dont let these people discourage you. Everyone has different starting points and its good to see you are making an effort towards improving. You are starting from about the same point I did 3.5 years ago and I have built my legs up to a set im proud of. Squats, stiff legged deadlifts, deep leg presses are going to be your best friend. But be prepared to feel some pain if you want to build them up, and its going to take time. Eat and then eat some more and be patient with your progress as it comes faster for some than others. The best of luck to you!

My opinion? Hit the gym hard with squats, leg press, and calf raises. Get those legs pumping. I've also started doing a bunch of running that seems to help with the muscle growth. Hope this helps!

legs
Muscle adds weight to your frame however it also unless you add more mass meaning volume just exercising will make your legs look tighter and shrink more at first. 1st suggestion.....Stay away from cardio. You do not need to loose anymore weight. Eat alot and more often. look at your diest and how many calories you are consuming and add and extra 1000 calories a day. Great way to add on some extra pounds is look for a protein shake that is has the most calories and protein possible. Ask someone in the health store if you are not sure. While that being said. Make sure you exercise. Like some of the others said, a lot of lower body exercise. Your lower body with exception of your calves are big muscle groups and can take working them out heavily. You may not like the soreness but coffee does alot for that pre and post workout. You only showed us your legs, I wouldn't be suprised if your upper body isn't that far behind. Try not to neglect your upper body by only concentrating on the lower. Oh and when exercising use only enough weight that allows you to have proper form but still exhausts the muscle. Have a trainer to make sure you have proper form. Good luck and keep me posted. I hope I helped you a little.

When I was 23 I weighed 120 and looked like you do - a toothpick. I knew it, and did not go to the beach or anywhere requiring semi-nakedness.
And I certainly didn't need comments, because when ur that thin what is there to say? And I made sure no pics were taken at the time as well.
When you have done 6-12 months consistent leg training, post a progress shot or two then we can actually give useful comments.

I'm not suprised if he did leave. Everyone was pretty negative with him.
I weighed the same when i joined, everyone was pretty nice to me, but if i was greeted with the same negativity it would have really felt bad.
Us skinny guys go through a lot of struggle to gain weight. Its easy to eat less than you need so you can loose weight... Its really really hard to eat more than your daily needs. If you're full its almost impossible to keep putting stuff down your throat.
But you guys have been pretty encouraging for me, its made it a lot easier to stick with it.
