who has the best build in MMA?
when it comes to mass, i think the top choices are mark coleman, kimbo, sean sherk. but would u say that any of them have over 18''arms, and is that too big for MMA?

Im sure Kimbo has over 18 inch arms.. his biceps are hyoooge.. Kongo has a great physique for a really big dude.. Baroni, Huerta and St.Pierre are ones the women usually salivate over while watching a PPV.

i doubt that kimbo or anyone in MMA has over 18'' arms. the reason i was asking is bc a friend of mine is looking ot get involved in MMA and he's very musclebound, and his arms are around 18'', and he looks alot bigger than most of the MMA figthers out there.

cyborg and manhoef are both pretty thick and diced at the same time
cro cop and cheick kongo would be 2 of the most muscular of the heavies
a lot of the heavy weights are pretty fat

If you blew up GSP to 6'2" and made him a heavyweight...well, Cro Cop.

No, if that happened, Galactus would become a reality. The gods took pity on us and kept GSP smaller so that he would not dominate the universe.
As far as builds, I'd say Kongo or Franklin.

Chris Leben has been looking good lately. He's transformed himself. I bet by UFC 89, he's an all around stud.

I guess it depends what kind of workouts he's getting in the slammer. Probably the opportunity for plenty of sparring in there.

Hahaha. Seriously, from what I understand, outside of the time spent in jail, Leben has been sparring, rolling, running and lifting harder than ever before. His physique improved when he stepped into the Octagon to face Martin and improved even more so in his last outing against Sakara. I just believe he's been putting in hard work and it's showing.

I hope he does well, I like him a lot. Hopefully he comes in fully prepared.
