Kane, whats your diet like?

My only priority is to get specific calorie and macro quantitites....usually in the neighbourhood of 2500 calories/ 250g protein/ 150g carbs and 100g fat. From any source, Mind you I do have staples in my diet...
Daily staples include:
1/2 cup egg whites with 2 scoops Musclemilk
I have these 2-3 times per day.
1 toast with butter first thing in the morning (only thing I have before my workout).
2-3 scoops of Golden Finish
Lately been finishing off 2 lbs of korean beef bulgogi every other day.

I tend to lose weight when I don't train regularly. Gaining weight has become easier though as I've gotten older.

Took this yesterday... a little bloated from the 3 gallons of water I drank in the span of 2 hours just before.

Actually... that should have read 3 litres. LOL!
I drink my PW in 1.5 litre bottle water. And then near the end of my workout I mix Golden Finish in the same 1.5 litre bottle.
