Dude, one whopper will not kill you. One meal doesn't make you fat. What makes you fat is when you have a pattern of eating poorly. Your 15 years old. Just try to eat right around 90% of the time and you will be fine. I have a whole day where I eat whatever the hell I want and am still losing weight. After reading this I think Saturday I will go get a whopper!

Coke is nothing but empty calories. If you are going to cheat, eat some bad food. Stick with water or a diet drink.

you gotta want the results more than you want the tasty food. results come from long-term dedication and effort. the more you diet, the easier it gets (in my opinion at least). and supplements won't get you anywhere if you don't put in the work neccessary.

yeah it TASTES good, but its terrible for you. there is little or no nutritional benefits of soda. just empty calories and an insulin spike

Two days, and you get a Whopper? Look, you're going to need to have more will power to get any results. You can probably start by just cutting out coke. Drink water or diet coke, and that would probably be 300-400 calories right there.
And really, you're 15 now. You've reached an age where you can make your own decisions. If your dad comes home with a Whopper, nicely say no to him, and make your own food. Try to have a general idea of how many calories you're getting in a day, and eat 500 less than what your BMR is. And don't forget exercise, of course...

Start your diet on Monday, use the next few days to make a list of recipes you like, to write down your work out program, your goals ect.
Also get a piece of paper and write down the month and each day and tick of the day at the end of each day to say you have done your exercise for that day and kept to your diet, only have a treat on the weekend, it will give you something to look forward to, once you stick at this for a couple of weeks it will be easier, especially since by then you should have lost some weight.
When you feel like quiting ask your self this
Do you want to remain fat? because if you quit you will and it wont be anyones fault accept your own.
edit: Count your calories as well.

I'm pretty sure the reason anyone is fat is because of their diet? Anyway, I have seen this posted so many times on here...
Diet>Weight Training>Cardio
Your diet is the most important aspect of losing weight followed by weight training and then cardio.
P.S. You lost me with the post about taking a bath?

Yeah but the problem is i dont know "healthy" Recipes Ok so far i have heard egg's are good, 3 eggs in the morning with water, then i was thinking of a snack 3-4 hours later, like a sanwhich (idk give me options) then my green mag go to the gym after that my protein shake, and then dinner whatever my mom cooks but i'll try to eat healthy stuff she cooked.
Does that sound good enough?

If you eat it, corn beef slices are good in sandwiches.
This lists healthy recipes.

You don't need "healthy recipes" you just need healthy food
Good lean protein
Chicken Breasts
Tuna
Egg Whites
Turkey
Whey
Also if you are trying to lose weight don't eat too many carbs. Try to stay away from eating anything high in carbs after 6 p.m.
Oatmeal
Brown Rice
Wheat Bread
^^^Those are some good high carb foods that you will most likely not want to eat too much of.
Make sure to eat plenty of leafy green vegetables as well
STAY AWAY FROM FAST FOOD AND SUGARY DRINKS THIS WILL NOT HELP YOU LOSE WEIGHT
