I was taking 2 scoops in the morning and 2 after my workout about 30 minutes after I took the cell-tech harcore. I was also taking a different type of protein at night before bed. I was impressed with the results. I was stacking it with cell tech hardcore and I gained mass fast.

That protein has a lot of other stuff in it. It's not just pure protein. There's all kinds of additives so something is just not working well with your body. Try some other brands. Different people react differently to certain supplements. It's just a thing you have to figure out by trial and error.

I've got to put a lil' push for ON's Nitro Core 24. I like the components and the flavor is amazing.

screw MT go for muscle milk they work but its Overpriced.. lean muscle mass and you'll gain faster if you stack it with anabolic aminos and whiteblood + animal pak

I have been taking GNC's Wheybolic 60 protein, cookies n cream. The only other protein powder I have tried is the body fortress **** and it sucked, compared to this ****. I was thinking about maybe tryin 100% Optimum, it seems to have the most good feedback for protein supplements...

nitrotech is superior compared to generic whey or other sans-nom whey products but Optimum Nutrition is only $21.99 2lbs and is pretty much kickin nitro techs arse right now..based on numbers, for every supp category there's always a better choice and the best choice...bottom line is whatever floats ur boat and is easy on the budget, would do for Me the only thing the MT floats is in the toilet

BTW, To answer your question I would buy the mix type protein in a heartbeat, it sounds like a good idea like 24 hour dristan.... Fire it up.

Ha! Yea I saw that, I was eyeing the gingerbread flavor, but i just stuck with what I knew, double chocolate FTW.

using 3 right now--
ON Gold Standard Whey, ON Casein, ProLab N-Large^2.
i have a lot going on during the day, so on a work day i average about 4 whole food meals/day, and i drink 6 protein drinks a day on avg. on days off, i usually am able to do 6 whole food meals and 4 protein drinks.
n-large is for my postworkout. 2 scoops of casein + 1 tbspn natural peanut butter + multivitamin before bed. all the rest of my protein drinks are gold standard.
i'm loving my results, but i'm also very strict with my diet. i keep protein coming in basically nonstop throughout the day, and i've only had 2 cheat meals in the past 2 months. as enthusiastic as i am about my proteins--especially the Gold Standard--i think it would be silly to attribute all of the results to just the brand of protein.

I've seen an bunch of post for on's whey protein. it is the best, i have to agree, if you dont have trouble with lactose. i used on for years, but recently i've started getting problems to digest it. so i switched to isopure, and it is a little more expensive, (10$ more) but after only using it for a couple of weeks, i already think it's as good as on's.
