Red face HELP Huge Arms!

I am I need of some guidance! I have been lifting for years now, seriously for about 2 years. I just won my first figure competition last year and took 2nd in an amateur body building contest shortly after. My problem is the size of my arms...they are very large and have lost all femininity-they are incredibly strong but they just look fat to me! I lift very heavy so maybe it is as simple as cutting out the heavy stuff or doing more circuit type training but I would love some input. Any ideas? Anyone have a great workout that sculpts arms and cuts fat? I know spot reducing is not yet proven to be possible but I am desperate!

Changing your reps/sets should help. What is your current routine?

My arms are like toothpicks, I concentrate most of my arm work on Pullups & ChinUPs (They are very hard for me) I do many sets, rather than muscle failure, Also Dips, and Pushups.

I dont have a spotter so I hit the mechanical machines (Bench, Chest, Shoulder Press) Here and there. I figure if I can do Pullups, Im happy with that.

However Ive never competed and I dont know much about it as far as what would happen if you concentrated on a few simple exercises like this you may lose a lot more arm size than you want.

I know how you mean not wanting huge arms, I was afraid of that but very quickly learned to get there it takes some serious commitment.

So Good Job, Thats Awsome you won, and took 2nd in another. I dont een know a person who has ever competed in one.

So again, My arms are pretty small but they are still strong enough to pump out pullups.

Guess I'm not seeing the problem here? Do you plan on competing again? Are you symmetrical (obvious probably if you have won prior comps)?

Spot reduction or spot training is not going to make them appear less fat. Lower the weight and do reps in the range of 12-15 so you can maintain strength but not add size. Do isolation moves and more cardio if you want to lean out your arms. I guess is the problem they are large and not defined?

Post a pic of your arms if you can.
