Thanks man Being more toned is great, but I can't wait to be big!
Like I said the bulk is comming up, but I want to finish this competition and I made a deal with my buddy (RTW2) that we would start the bulk contest on aug 4th. I'm looking forward to losing the love handles, I've already kicked up the weight and increased my protein a bit this month
Im doing the cleanest bulk I can, eat my tunda plain, no salad dressing, etc.. Im not sure how it will turn out, as i am weak so ill def plan on a cheat day to relax at the end of the week. This will be my first time doing a bulk so I'm learning as I go I know how to lift hard so I think I wont have to much trouble. As I get closer to August ill probly post a few diet questions, help is welcome. Wish me luck!

In about 8-10weeks ill start a nice clean 16-18weeks bulk and hopefully fill up a lot.
|
Yeah the only reason I have a specific goal for Aug is that I am doing another competition with some friends that is 6 months long and that is the end. If i get down to 220 by then I will destroy all of them. I am also thinking to bulk in about 8-10 weeks. That will be over 6 months of cutting hard and I will need a break from that so I figure a couple months of bulking to get the muscle back up.

Good job man, you are perfecting that v-taper. Definitely more defined!! Doesnt look like you lost any mass, I think the lighting differences between the pics may be givin that impression, but if you look closely you are more defined as a result of your cut Good goin!

I am having cheat meal(s) today, legs have worn out and need to replenish my glycogen levels. Will be back on track with 150% force from tommorow for the next 4 weeks of July!

Nice progress. Definitely can tell you have lowered body fat. Maybe a little mass loss but very little if any at all. Nothing that won't come back in no time at all once you start your bulk.

All that cutting is paying off a bit Tho i'm really looking forward to my bulk. Got A couple bottles of Bold200 and epistane ready 2 go.

630 lbs - Leg Press
200 lbs - Standing Calf Raise

70 lbs - Hamstring Curls
all exercises were at least 10 reps.

247.0 lbs- down almost three pounds...not too bad. At least I'm losing and not gaining.
I leave for Minnesota- 17 hour drive (woohoo....)- and won't be back until Thursday. I'll try to pack my scale so I can weigh in on Wed. though, but hopefully I can keep my diet up. I'm just going to bust my ass in the gym the rest of the week until I leave.
Also, you all are doing a really good job. It's awesome to see all this weight loss!

Morocco, gonna stay there until 13august then drive back to the Netherlands it's like a 29hour trip by car.
Keeping my diet up once I'm there is going to be so easy..since i don't like any of the sweets/junk food they got. And meat/fish is so cheap..so I will be eating like 1lbs of meat a day 6eggs or so and a ton of veggies.
Plan is to go to the beach everyday and run back home and do my muscle groups in the morning.
ah man i cant wait it's gonna be so awesome Gonna come back with a tan and abs (hopefully )

Ya you can order a dish of meat/fish + salad for like 3-4 persons and the guy asks you to pay 150dirham thats like 13euro which is like what 20 bucks?
It's crazy all the meat/fish is fresh and mad cheap.
The coolest thing are the fruit shakes...the dude throws in like a mix of 1 kilo fruits blends it pours it in this freakish big glass and is like here ya go man 2 bucks please Won't be drinking many of those tho, can you say sugar overload.

I'm not really on any "special diet", and I've lost 49lbs already. It's not what you do, it's how you do it.

Honestly I am really surprised as well. Back in HS I used to be able to do 1200 on the universal machine. Gaining some of that back feels good. Legs aren't hurting today but they probably will tomorrow. I also did 35 min eliptical after all that too lol.

I totally forgot about weighing in Wednesday, but this morning I weighed 224.8. I have been trying to run for 30 mins on lunch break each day, I run with a partner that is in better shape than me so I end up trying to keep up with him. Which is a good thing since it pushes me to run further.
