Thanks so much! Sonny told me the rack pulls would hit the lower part of my lats well.
I'm glad they are not taxing to legs because I do legs tomorrow!!

Hi Jay! I hope you enjoyed your movie night at home! I have 13 brothers and sisters and we were lucky with the babysitter thing.
I had rare tuna and pinot noir last night. It was yummy!
Britt and Derrick came home last night and we listened to them tell us about their honeymoon fun -- plus we watched a video of them swimming with the dolphins.
After that we watched a Denzel Washington movie -- I believe it was called "The Great Debaters" -- it was really good movie!
I'm going to post a some more photos from the wedding and honeymoon fun once photobucket finishes the bulk upload.
After that we are out of photos until the professional photographer sends us his.......

Thanks! I would love to do the swim with the dolphins adventures. The video was pretty cool as they let the dolphins pull them, push them forward, etc. It was expensive! They said they paid $275 a ticket, plus $50 for the video and $17 per photograph!! They should have came home with a pet dolphin for that amount!!!
Luckily, at our beach place on Kiawah Island -- there are tons of dolphins. If you rent a kayak and paddle it in the ocean, the dolphins follow along. It is so cool!

Hi Jay! Brittany does not know how to play chess, so she only won if Derrick let her. ha,ha He was trying to teach her, but I imagine it's difficult to learn on a board that size. My brother and I use to be in the Chess Club at school. Dorks. LOL We actually liked to stay indoors at lunch because our school was happening and there were lots of fights all the time.

Well, last week was pajama day almost every day. I was recouping from the wedding. This week, life will be back to being busy.
Today I'm going to finally get to the gym and do legs. It's about time.
Tuesday, I'll do something at the gym if I have time. We're heading to Charleston and then, Kiawah. We're going to move a bunch of Britt's stuff for her to Charleston. When we get to Kiawah we're going to spend the night with some friends there while checking out our home that is being renovated. Brian is golfing on Wednesday while I meet with the decorator lady. On the way home, we're stopping in Charleston again and then heading on to Columbia.
I won't be working out on Wednesday as I'll be meeting and traveling.
I'm sure I'll work out Thursday and Friday I train with Sonny.
You ask for a day and I give you a week! ha,ha
I'm blabbering a lot today as I sip my java.

Oh man those pics are awesome!! Are the dolphin photos from the discovery cove thing at Sea World in Orlando? We thought about doing that on our last trip but the kiddo wasn't sure if she would like it or not.

Oh man those pics are awesome!! Are the dolphin photos from the discovery cove thing at Sea World in Orlando? We thought about doing that on our last trip but the kiddo wasn't sure if she would like it or not.
So how was your date night? The wife and I need to schedule one of those sometime soon...it's been a while.

My date night was very nice! I had delicious rare tuna -- yum, yum. Do you guys have young children? It's easier as they get older. I lucked out with so many brothers and sisters that were always volunteering to babysit.
I hope I get some beach time on the island also! Maybe I can sneak out on a bike and ride to the beach!

So, today has been productive! I had a nice quad/calves workout and went by the tanning bed. I'm debating whether or not I want to go get my nails and toes done before I head to Kiawah.
Have I said I miss my island??!!
Warmup on the treadmill at 3.8mph and 12% incline for seven minutes
Leg Press*Yay back to the squat press. I'm not really loving the leg press at Sonny's gym. It's bad for my ego. I used this one today:
