coldness/Numbness on Left Pinky/Hand...
I am sure this has something to do with nerve damange to my left infraspinatus muscle that happened 10 yrs ago while in HS/wrestling. That is why i have to lift EXTREMELY light weight and different exercises to work my Left Tricep and thats why my left tricep, which is my dominite arm looks VERY different than my RIGHT one. Anyways, for about the past 3 months when I begin my warm-up/cardio, my left hand/maily my pinky and ring finger and that palm get extremely COLD..almost like there is NO BLOOD FLOW(AND I WEAR sweatshirts)....Anyways, After a warm 15 min warm up, i will do weights for roughly 45 min or so, then get back on the cardio machine for a cool down. during that cool down session, that same LEFT hand gets NUMB...The easy thing to do would go to the DR, but if anyone has expierenced the same problem or have any idea...let me know!!!...its very bizzare...That Everyone!!

Most likely an impingement of your ulnar nerve... it could be happening at your shoulder or at various other locations down your arm. Is that shoulder prone to dislocation/subluxation? Is it only in one hand or both? Does it radiate the whole length of the arm or just present in the fingers? It could be related to the shoulder but it isn't as likely to be a direct result of your infraspinatus injury 10 years ago... PM me with more info and I can try to assist...

Does sound like a minor nerve compression, but hard to nominate a precise site.
If the symptoms are intermittent as youd escribe, then not a major worry.
What cardio are you doing?

It's certainly nerve compression, possible on the C8 nerve root. However, it can even get compressed in the scalenes or under the pec minor. So it's not necessarily a disc problem.
Get it looked at ASAP!

Cardio
I dont run because it hurts my hips.....They have always became really sore ever since i was in HS and had to run long distance. I run on the eliptical or the stepper most of the time, heck, all the time. I throw on the sweatshirt and stocking hat and headout!...hahah.....I guess its the wrestler mentality. I usually(when lifting) do cardio 15 min before I lift, then another 30 min of cardio afterwards. On non-lifting days, I do cardio 45 min and hit the bag for about 15 mintes, then abs. I do my cardio work out 3 days in a row, then i work 2 muscle groups the 4th day, then rest the next, then repeat......I have been doing that for the past 2 months and it seem like i have a lot more flexibility......
