Also it's not bad to have one "good" meal. I still eat things I want and I lose weight like it's nothing. I have my body so in check right now with burning calories, having something "good" won't throw it too off balance.

I've used L-carntine like it's crack. A major staple in most of my stacks. ANd it does work. I would suggest getting the liquid.

is it safe to stack nano vapor with Lipo 6x. I just started a cycle of lipo 6x and have a basically full bottle of nano vapor i was too scared to try during taking lipo 6 previously. But now that i feel like i am used to the stims i was wondering if it would be safe to have both throughout the day. I would prolly take the second serving of Lipo6x at like 2pm every day then take then nano at like 6pm u think this would be safe?

I have stacked Lipo6 with MANY things. I still stand!!! RAWR! I wouldn't take anything past 2:00pm... if you take it too late, you're going to never fall asleep.

When I was stacking Tetrazene Extreme with Lipo6X and when I stacked MAN Scorch with Lipo6X, I would take both dose in the morning and then would take the 2nd dose around noon or 2:00pm.

If it's too much, then cut back. If not, then go full speed.

yea but i get out of work at 6 so i cant take the vapor before then but ive taken it before that late and have been fine so im not worried abotu staying up im just worried if its unhealthy to have that much stim pumped into u throughout the day. On the nano vapor label it says do not stack with other yohibine products and i know lipo 6x has that in it soo i dont know if its such a good idea.

I was taking a full serving of Lipo-6X first thing in the morning (5am),
a full serving of Scorch at 10am,
and a full serving of Lipo-6X prior to training (3pm).

i'm 5' 11" 198lbs turning 19 this year, i eat a pretty good diet but not the best. I eat a lot of oatmeal, baked or grilled chicken, tuna, and eggs like in omlette form, and whatever my mom makes for dinner. I have a pretty muscular build for my weight, i think i am 24-26 body fat. I jog 2-3 miles 4 times a week for the past 5 weeks and only lost about 3 lbs. Would something like Universal Super Cuts 3 be good for me?

Since there are so many variables between everyone such as body type, experience, no.

I have about 30-40 pounds of fat to lose and I was recommended Universal animal cuts over DREN, ARSON and HYROXYCUR HARDCORE. Does anyone here think that Animal Cuts is the best product? Why do they recommend 3 weeks on one week off I haven't seen that on any other fatburners? Thanks people!
