If she laid off the junk food, and did some squat, her body would be tight. But she has got to give up the ice cream. That's what did me in(Damn, you Ben and Jerry!). I promise if she focuses on diet and training, that fluffy, puckled looking stuff on her bottom would go away. She does have a nice hip to waist ratio, though. And I have seen much worse!

Oh, and I hated my butt until I started squating and eating right!

To the OP. I think she's got a great ass! However, there is some noticeable cellulite on her obligues and glutes and hams. Not much...but there is some. Not many woman in this world have absolutely "no" cellulite. With that said, it depends on "her goals". She would turn any head just the way she is, but if she's anything like me, I want perfection. If she's like me, she'll want to add lunges, squats and lower back work to her regimen and clean up her diet a bit...and in no time she'll reach her goals.

*EDIT* Oh yeah...to answer your question, I'm in "like" with my butt...not love. Currently working on creating a bigger bubble!

I say, respect her thoughts, and encourage her to meet her goals instead of trying to reassure her she doesn't "need" to lose fat. She thinks she does...and you will not be able to convince her othewise (that's just the way us woman are). So...your best bet is to try and support her and guide her with some really effective exercises and diet plans IMHO.

My butt has always been "big". Even when I was an anorexic 105 lbs with NO muscle whatsoever, my ass was big and sticking out there.

I like it. I've got celly issues on the backs of my legs that I know I could totally clear up with some diet, but . . .I don't really feel like it. LOL.

My husband is in absolute LOVE with it. He worships it. He talks about how great it is all the damn time. I don't think it's quite ALL THAT. . .but he's drooling over it, so, (shrug) I'm satisfied.

She does need to realize that through her 40s her butt may eventually start deteriorating to some degree unless she starts doing some squats or deadlifts to keep it tight. As she has a beautiful body now it is much easier if she starts now so that she doesn't have to repair damage later which is much more difficult. I know lol

I believe every true woman will find something wrong with their body.

She looks great, if she is stressing about it, she should try some yoga or even do some extra glute exercises. But, to me, the little exta weight did her some luscious good.....
