abb creaforce

i bought some abb creaforce a while back 200 servings cause it was a good price at like 20 bucks. i have taken vitargo before and just weider creatine from wal mart so i know i respond good to regular creatine but on the abb i didn't respond at all. i am 21 foot 1 255 lbs 18% body fat. do you think it's possible that abb creaforce is just poor quality creatine. i have ordered primaforce creaform and it should be here in a couple days so i hope it's good quality. send me a reply if you know anything about abb creaforce

4life,

I bought some ABB Creatine Monohydrate about a month and a half ago. I will say this, the powder desolves nicely in water, but like you, I'm not seeing any kind of tremendous results from it. But this just goes back to the simple fact of - what do you expect to see from Creatine Mono?

I mean I'm not gaining mass amounts of muscle on this stuff, but I think it's alright to throw into a pre/post workout shake since the price of this stuff cannot be beat. I don't think I will buy it again, simply because no where on the label does it state "creapure".

Bump on that. It's a good product, but what do you expect?

Thumbs up

Are you guys drinking enough water? the reason you arent seeing the results may be due to the fact that for it to work properly your water intake needs to be high, 1 to 1 1/2 gallons a day.

I used to take monohydrate when I had a job that allowed for me to lounge about and drink a ton of water a day, I had very good results from simple monohydrate powder, I switched jobs to one where i almost never had a second to have a drink and results took a stand still.

My advce, drink up!

Cheers*
