I can't agree with Shaun more.
The Hercules is where I won my Pro Card, almost one year to the day in the Middleweights class.
It is a HUGE show, but don't let that scare you off! It is ran extremely smoothly and it is a great experience for all competitors - from start to finish.
Plus, there is NOTHING like a NYC crowd at a bodybuilding show!

Out of left field question here. My wife is looking for a natural Figure show in the tri-state area but...
She has ingested DHEA within this past year but does not currently take it. Would this disqualify her from competing in the INBF?

Yes. I believe she would have to wait 2 years from the date she last used DHEA. 7-Keto is allowed but regular DHEA is banned.
