NO-Xplode and Muscle Milk
Ok well I finally broke down and bought some creatine, NO-Xplode, took the first scoop to "assess my tolerance", all was well, took the second a half hour later as recommended, all went great. So I go to workout and I felt pretty pumped at that point, and had a pretty solid workout. I didn't experience any of the extra pump they talked about, but I think that was just because I did legs today. So my question here is basically has anyone experienced good results with NO-Xplode? This is my first creatine supplement, so I have nothing to compare it to.
Also, while I was buying that I picked up some Muscle Milk Vanilla (best tasting thing I've had) but the guy said it was too fatty for his taste. He might have had a slightly lower body fat % but I was definitely bigger and more muscular (damn this belly...), so basically, I know it has a somewhat high fat content (12g), but is their any truth to their "good fat" claims?

I use No-Xplode its good for energy and endurance i dont get the "pump" anymore since im used to the 1 scoop serving but when i try to up it i get all jittery because of the caffeine in it btw its a NO product primarily.
Depends what you wanna know about the fats i mean the MCT oil and the other things such as Safflower and Sunflower Oil are good because they provide joint support and essential fats to help regulate your body and as for 12g theres worse out you should be able to burn that off unless your cutting or watching your fat intake. Hope it helped you

NoXplode works for a lot of people. I have used it and so have probably 90% of the people on here. Is it the best??? Well that is for you to decide. Only you can decide what works for your body.
And muscle milk, here are my thoughts:
as a meal replacement, its OK, not the best. You can get it for 19.99 at a lot of places, so its pretty cheap.
But If you want a quality protein for PWO or something you need something with much lower fat and more of a whey isolate protein.

I am not a fan of muscle milk because of it's ingredients. When i say i want a protein shake, all i want is protein and little to no fat, carbs, ect ect. That is why i choose ON. Muscle milk has too many calories for me, especially since I am on a cut. Same with Syntha-6. I love the taste of ON powders, so I will probally not buy anything else. It's simply the best.
The only experience with N.O. xplode i have had is that when i used it, it was great for the first few workouts and then slowly declined. I guess i was becoming more acustomed to the caffine.

ive been taking muscle milk for the last 5 months and it has helped me lean out and lose 25lbs with a good diet. As a prebed shake it is very good just remember to stick withen your calories and macros and you should be fine with it and it can help add on lean mass on a clean bulk

Yeah I use whey isolate too, just thought I'd pick up some more MM since last time I used it it was like a milkshake. I'm not exactly cutting but definitely watching my fat intake, although the extra 10g over whey isolate I don't think will bother me if I cut back in other areas. I'm thinking drink the MM with breakfast and whey isolate PWO?

What's the difference? I'm kind of new to supplements.
And I did two scoops and got a little jittery, too. I might try two again next time, I might just go with 1.

Ah Well im not big on the science part but Nitric Oxide Supplements increase blood flow and nutrient transport which expands your capillaries and arteries which is why you get that "pump" feel and vasucalrity aka veins showing if your lucky lol, as for creatine its cell volumizer just makes your cells expand with nutrient and allows them to grow btw guys on the forum plz correct me if im wrong i dont wanna mislead anyone.

So NO-Xplode doesn't actually have much creatine in it?

its meant as more of a preworkout formula however it does contain some creatine in it
bsn makes noxplode for preworkout and cellmass for after workouts
celmass is their main creatine product, i've never actually used it, but there was alot of talk of it not being that great juss use search for info on that
if u want a creatine product u can try somethign like green mag or storm
or even juss creatine mono which is what i use

I was going to do white flood pre and green mag post workout. Maybe I'll try this out for a while and see how it goes and see if I need one of those.

Cool, we'll see how it does for me. Arms tomorrow, let's see if it gives any extra pump.
Should I take it even on non-lift days?

Overall, I would recommend No xplode for the energy..not as a creatine supp.
I would not recommend No xplode for the diarrhea... :-P I say if you're looking for a creatine supp, you should definately look into something marketed as a creatine supp. It doesn't list the amount of creatine in it, but i could tell there was some creatine when I got the characteristic shin splints I get when I take creatine for a couple of weeks but I don't think it it's as much as a dedicated creatine supp. but like others have reported, it does tend to wane after a few workouts, and if you're not getting an energy boost from No xplode..is it really worth the time? matter of opinion..

I wouldn't touch the glycocyamine in No Xplode.. but that's just me..

A cheaper solution would be Creatine mono, and a cup of coffee pre workout, works for me. However, not everyone reacts the same to coffee, It gives me quite a boost, while some people are unaffected by it

I didn't know about glycocyamine..read a good thread on here. Opened my eyes to one of the ingredients, but I would think more research would have to be done on my part to say i would totally avoid it. i guess bottom line is, if you're a creatine responder naturally, then avoid, but if not, gonna have to weight the pros & cons.

I'm having the same problem with noxplode... I've been taking 3 scoops and it's doing nothing for me but a headache from the caffeine... BLAH wish I could experience the "jitteryness" everyone else is getting...
If you're looking for something with creatine then I would start taking some Cytogainer... same brand as Musclemilk but has more of a "bulk" to it... taken both of them and I see better results with the Cytogainer... More fattening though...

I'm not really trying to gain weight, kind of the opposite, thanks though.
Yeah I've felt like **** every morning since the morning after my first dose of it, that's about all it does for me. I was jittery the first time, since then nothing.
