im not exactly sure of ur goals. but i think u look great and ur legs do look proportional to ur body, but with a stomach and chest like that no one is probably going to look at ur legs. i would just maintain what i had if i were u.

Just my opinion for what it's worth.
Your waist is slightly wide, so a little more quad sweep would get you the hour glass shape, you look very straight up down.
You look fantastic regardless, I just figured you would want an opinion rather than another horny teen telling you you are hot.

Your legs match with the rest of your body.
If you want them to be bigger, you'll do heavy squats.
You would just have to train them harder. I train my forearms hard and it shows because it sticks out.
The same can be done with your legs.
Train them hard if you want that powerful look to your legs. If that's what you'e looking for.

I'd just maintain if I were you CT, you look great obviously and don't need to bring up your legs IMO. I love your abs by the way, perfect abs for a woman. I think it's kinda unattractive when women have square abs that look like they belong on a man. Keep up the great work!
