supplement question ulit, pwede bang pagsabayin ang nitrix at micronized creatine? like, 7am (nitrix), 8am breakfast, tapos 8:30am (creatine) then 9am ang workout? at kung meron pang amino, san ko sya isisingit?

LOL, you're right. While everyone else does the customize programs sometimes it felt silly doing the eccentric thing. And people start giving you stares and maybe they're asking, "What the hell is he doing?" or the other guy who started the same time as me and still looks the same after 8 months (it's eight months I'm still consistent! It's a good thing) might be asking, "What did he do?". Sometimes I myself felt silly too but I observe the huge guys and they do the much the same exercises like me and I felt confident that I'm doing the right thing. I also have gym acquaintances but sneered on the thought of looking huge. They just want to be "fit" and "trim", well no comment on that.
On the shock thing, I have a question, is it really necessary? Some trainers say that a simple tweak in your routine would create a new stimulus for your muscles?

It's good that you took therapy. It would be bad if will be injured permanently. Pagaling and take it easy, makakapagbuhat ka rin. Sorry, Tagalog mode again. Laters.

Yah thats what I heard also that I should switch from low reps(4-5) to medium reps(8-10) once in a while. I think thats where fast and slow fiber twitch works.
Some people suggest that the ideal reps should be 8reps to hit both fiber twitch.

LOL. yeah. 'fit & trim' huh, no comment on that too! to each his own. but usually some guys really don't have any idea what they're doing. & usually they're the ones who are 'mayabang', & they loooove to teach noobz their 'techniques' & share their 'knowledge'. hehe. I have lots of funny stories/experiences in the gym (share lng, check out the thread in the misc entitled "that guy in your gym" ata yun, bsta something like that, it's very funny, & you can relate).
in fact recently I was doing barbell rows, then this guy approached me (note that this guy can bench about 180lbs, all chest/biceps), you'd think he knows his stuff, w/ all his talk w/ his buddies. then after my set he said to me out loud so his buddies could hear him, "pare ok a. sarap sa chest nyan nuh?" I just thought to myself "whaaa?" just told him, "back to bro". my goodness.. hehehe
regarding them shock techniques, you can do them once in a while. they're not called 'shock' for nothing. LOL. you wana go home crawling try them there's a lot of em. but never do them as a program. just squeeze em in anytime you want something new, or when you want some 'fun'
anyway, bka may funny stories din kayo jan na gym related please post it, just for a good laugh!

meron pare! lahat ng bodyparts pwede mong gawin yan. but for the back it's very limited. kasi maraming muscle group ang back e. & it's very very tiring. pwede mo gawin drop/strip sets (single, triple, kung wild ka quadruple!), rest-pause, maybe some supersets too. mahirap kasi lalo na pag mga rows. bka ma-strain yung lower back. sa chest kahit ano pwede! superset, trple sets, giant sets, drop sets, rest-pause, static, 1 1/2 reps, you name it! next day di ka na makapag-hilamos! same goes for other BP's. bsta pinaka-masarap parusahan yung legs parin! hehe

Lemme ask, "How do fast and slow twitch fibers relate to muscle growth"? Sorry I don't know that much.

Buti na lang we don't have those in the gym. It's like everyone knows their stuff kahit yung iba mali. At least they are not annoying and appear mayabang. Pero there are times that I feel tempted to correct some people if they don't have the proper form. Especially squats - it's one of the most improperly performed exercise. Pero di na lang. There are a lot of trainers around that they can ask.
I used to have in my program before that I do seven sets of biceps curl, pyramiding yung reps and load. Someone has to assist you.. Grabe maluha-luha ako pagkatapos but my biceps are so pumped! Hell, yeah.. hahaha. I haven't tried other parts.

@Alex
Slow and Fast Fiber twitch are also called Type1 and Type II muscle fiber. generally when you workout you are hitting your slow and fast fiber twitch since our muscles are composed of type1 and typeII fibers. Hitting the right fibers affects how your body respond to sports or general activities. Usually hitting Type1(slow) more gives you more endurance and TypeII(fast) gives you a short fast burst of power.
for more info search ka d2 sa mga articles dito dami explanation haha..
http://www.teenbodybuilding.com/shane6.htm
Understanding how muscle fiber works gives you an advantage to train properly as an athlete. Gives you knowledge on how to train for endurance, strength or explosiveness..
Hope this helps.

==========================================
Other people may not have had high expectations for me... but I had high expectations for myself.

yeah yeah I know what you mean. hehe. pangarap ko mgkaroon ng firearms e. pag yumaman ako sali ko gunclub. hehehe! I'd really like to own a desert eagle, pti yung S&W na revolvr a la dirty harry, yung long barrel!. pero alam ko di pwede sa civilian yun, or otherwise? gusto ko din yung shotgun na pistol grip, mga Benelli type na pump action. pambahay lng. lagi kong iwanang bukas yung pinto pag gabi, para maka-attract ng magnanakaw, so I'll have a reason to use them guns & actually shoot somebody! LOL. tig-isang putok kada baril

don't worry too much of what type of weapon you want to own..... basta mayroon ka that's okay na. My personal fave is the sig sauer p229 competion trigger in desert/black and laser sight and mounting rail for a surefire/pelican.

LOL! that's a good one

I like powerful guns that'll blast you away. sarap pakinggan nung putok. & the damage it can do to someone. hehehe. lumalabas ng konti yung pgka-sadista ko. sensya na
