My ultimate goal is 170-160 (I know broad range). I dropped about 6 pants sizes and two shirt sizes. I will definetly post when I reach that goal. Once again, you guys are a real inspiration and I will take a moment to say thank you.

OMG, you just described one of my favorite 1st meals, LOL. Multigrain eggos with sugar free syrup and three nice eggs (just barely cooked for me.) Ate it or oats most every morning cutting.

Well, it winds up usually being PreWO, so I burn all the cals. Off days, I'd never go near an Eggo.
One thing I've learned is whatever works for one doesn't work for the next. LOL Ronto has a weakness for ice cream sometimes, but I've always hated it. And most desserts, too.

My Before & After
With alot of hardwork and determination, I managed to transform my physique from 140 lbs to 105 lbs (at 5'0") height. I have maintained my weight loss and compete in Figure. Hoping to someday be a "success story" in Oxygen Mag.

I guess most of it was fat, but some of it was real gyno. If I turn to a side profile you can see the gyno on the right side of my chest. It's never going to go away without surgery. I don't plan on having surgery though.

great work everyone.............imo.....you can lose fat/gain muscle at the same time....people sometimes get too caught up in the math of trying to loss fat....counting exact calories and figuring if u eat x amount under maintainence u'll lose an exact amount........the body is a amazing machine and with hard work and persistence it will do whatever u ask of it including losing fat/gaining muscle at the same time
