Is there anyone in this thread who has had health problems related to their chewing? I love to chew, but I quit due to the problems which can occur after a number of years.

I have dipping for 12 years now.. I still havent had any problems.. When I dont dip as much I do get sores inside my mouth.. but alot of people get sores whether they dip or not.. My dentist tells me not to keep it in one place all the time..Tells me to rotate it every once in awhile..

I've dipped...ever since I was 7 years old, and haven't had a problem yet. Although, I didn't really start regularly until I was 14 or so.
As far as Cope goes...you got to go with the Straight Fine Cut. For some reason, it all tastes the same to me...lol. I can't tell the difference between straight and the whiskey blend. I always go for the stuff that stays packed better.

Bought 2 cans of Timber Wolf Straight yesterday. Only $2.99 for 2. Money was tight, so I had to stray away from Skoal.
It tastes very good, better tasting than Grizzly Straight IMO. HOWEVER, it doesnt pack worth a crap. Impossible to get a good pinch, but once I have it in, I can usually make it stay in one place.

That's a great idea! New initiation to the Crew is a pic of your can with your username on paper or a pic of you and your can

Found a cool site where people rate DIP:
http://www.rateitall.com/t-109-smokeless-tobacco.aspx
I've dipped Long Cut and Snuff.... can someone explain to me why you would dip fine cut or snuff as opposed to long cut? To me, the only difference I noticed was it was impossible to pack, and impossible to dig out.
