umm well i eat alot of meat like chicken and stuff
also fish alot
im also using muscle milk now wen i go workout like i take some and drink it during my workout
is that like a good diet or do u kno a different way i could do it?

If you get enough food.
Eat about 4000 cals, 200g+ protein, 300g carbs and 90g fat spread between 6 meals througout the day.
They're just some approximate macros (under the assumption you are an ecto) but they should help.
