Most people wouldn't find this funny! But seriously it was great! We were racing around campus at speeds we so shouldn't be going at. We made a jump over some stairs and I guess I had way more speed going then I realized, and they guy in front of me hit his breaks (church was getting out) God we should have break lights.... anyway I had been riding right on him and when he hit the breaks there was nothing stopping me execpt him!! I tried to go around but I was riding to close and I hit him and went (seriously) flying off my bike!! LIke when I landed I was two feet away from the bike!! I sliced the back his leg open so I think he got the worest of it!!! Only we would get up from that and laugh about it!!

Last weightlifting session:circuits 15lb db's 60 on deads
deadlift 4x10
db press 4x10
step ups 4x10
db rows 4x10
db lunges w/ curls & kicks 4x10
squats & press 4x10
dips 4x10
calf raises 4x10
v-ups 4x25
LOL, I stayed off the bikes today!

how long have you been on the 15lb and 60lb deadlift dbs? Is this just a circuit thing, or is this more or less your daily lifting grind?

Ok guys, I have permission to post this. Most of you know I'm at a training camp for cyclist. Sorry but it didn't occur to me that (and it should have) that one of the rules here is you cann't in any way publiclly log your training. So I cann't finish the log and I cann't post untill I leave. So I'll be back in 10 to 16 weeks with absolutely no details about camp. LOL
