its a great gainer for cheap. already seeing huge results in my first week of mass season. i split the servings in half and take it 2-3x a day. definitely worth the 50 dollars. good luck bro.

i like universal real gains also. has helped me pack on a few pounds and im not even 3/4 way thru the tub! i have been stacking with isostak and also chromium picolinate with dinner. the only thing is it clumps sometimes even with my bb.com shaker bottle. i use 2.5 scoops real gains and 1 scoop bodyfortress whey protein +13 oz. of milk...kind of messes with my stomach ...awesome gas tho

I've been using Cytogainer the last 3 days. This is my first time running it so I'll have to wait until I'm done to measure any gains, but thus far it's been the best-tasting and best-mixing gainer I've ever had.

I've been reading everyones input on weight gainers, and I'm going to try one out to put on some pounds, but the question I had was...Once you achieve your targeted weight/size, should I switch to a different supplement? Or simply use say, half of the serving of the weight gainer just to maintain my size? I'm new to all this, so I apologize ahead of time if it's a newbie question.

"Up your mass" works great for me. I have no complaints and the taste is good. Plus, it's considerably cheaper then the rest of these 50$ weight gainers. Runs about 36$ on here.

Twinlab Super Gainers Fuel Pro & BSN True-Mass
Upon finding out BSN True-Mass won the Weight-gainer of the year in Bodybuilding.com and with so many good reviews, I went and bought my first tub of BSN True-Mass(Vanilla) and had the first taste.
I put 1 and a half scoop into my blender and added 11 Oz of Skim Milk.
OMG, it tastes superb! No shakes I ever tasted can match it. It makes me
look forward to drink my next scoop.
As for the gains, this is my first drink so I don't know yet, I hope this gainer lives up to its gainer of the year award, update you guys soon. Anyone know why True-Mass can beat hot-favourites Cytogainer and Real Gains to win the award?
I was previously on Twinlab Super Gainers Fuel Pro, took about 3 weeks to finish a tub, gained 1.5 kg. Bought the chocolate flavor, doesnt taste bad with milk but can't match with True-Mass. However, the amount of water and milk needed to drink is too much makes me extremely bloated.

it won bc it sold the most. BSN is more widely known and advertised more than real gains and cytogainer. in my opinion having used all 3.
1)Real Gains
2)Truemass
3)Cytogainer

Ultimate Nutrition ISO MASS Extreme Gainer
Where is it? I've been using this gainer for a little bit over a month now and have found greater results in a gainer than in BSN Cellmass.

Probobly bause CellMass is CEE and not a gainer, maybe you mean True Mass?? Which is BSN's gainer..

true mass vs. eas whey protein

I just ordered some Universal Rail Gains, I'll review it.

I am currently using True Mass and i really like it, the taste the results etc. however i am now reaching the leaning stage and i see alot of lean builders useing EAS whey protein. looking at the content they don't seem that far off, just True mass seems more complete. Any thoughts on the comparison?

If you want a good performance Weight Gainer + Good Taste. Get the BSN True-Mass (Vanilla), it mixes with water very easily, is 1 of the best taste gainer, probably even the best. Taste super when mix with skim milk, I just love it, and is Weight Gainer of the year, so you can't really go wrong.

Get a blender to mix with your gainer, you will notice a big difference in taste.
Maybe you can give details on why your Iso-mass taste bad, wat did u mix it with? How much? What else u did etc. As detail as possible so we can help u out.

Cytogainer still gets my vote after I tried that Russian Bear stuff. Yeesh, that stuff made me suffer (I'm sure you can guess how).

Do Real Gains or Pro Complex contain creatine monohydrate? I'm thinking about using Green Mag in the near future, so Cytogainer is out of the question.

IDS Smartgainer Chocolate Caramel
If you like Nestle Quick, try IDS Smartgainer Chocolate Caramel. Tastes Awesome... Price is good. Has lactose though so if you're intolllerant you're in for trouble. Price isn't bad either.

I normally used cytogainer, but I just ordered a small tub of Real Gains (strawberry). It's tough finding powders that don't upset my stomach (chocolate flavoring does not agree with me), so I'll see how this goes and report back.
So far, cytogainer has been very satisfactory.

i like to make my own homemade weight gainer
1-2 scoops whey
1-2 scoops Dry Milk
2-3 scoops unflavored Waxy Maize
1-2 tbsp of either peanut butter or Udos oil
the good thing about a homemade weight gainer is that you can tailor it to fit your macros easily!
