Talking PaPaBeAr's 260LBS into Titan Transformation

Hello Everyone....
Thanks for coming onto my thread... I being inspired by certain someone to loose 50 Pounds even though i was trying to achieve that for sometime and not going getting anywhere with it i decided to really give it a good run for all it got.....
So i'm 24 6'0 260 Big Boned and FAT!!!
Starting today May 7 I keep a dairy of my food intake and exercise routines...
Please everyone your feedback and knowledge will be appreciated...


So Today May 7th

8AM wake up
Had a Oat Meal with water apprx +250cal
Took my Spoon of Flex Oil
1 multi vitamins + 1 B complex vitamins
1 Cod Liver Oil Pill and had a green tea

45 Minutes Bike ride to work through both paved and off road terrain. Probably Burned about -250Cal

Dranked 700Ml of water after getting to work and being full of fire energy had 3 lean pieces of home made smoked tenderloin very lean. probably 10 grams of protein and +100cal

then had another 200ML of water around noon

1PM had a white tuna can (best quality) with cabbage marinated in garlic mixed as a Salad. Followed by 150Ml of water. Apprx +50grams of protein and +250cal

2:40PM One Carrot and one piece of a Salary and 200ML of water. +100Cal

4:31PM Green Tea (Most Definately no Sugar or Sweeteners Added) with piece of lemon

4:45PM Ate the rest of Lemon RAW!!! followed by 150ml of water. +30CAL

5.00PM Had a 4 Slices of Lean Smoked Beef, probably i say around 2 OZ +15Grams of protein and +100CAl

6.45PM Bowl of Spinach Soop with Egg (home cooked no fat) +100Cal and +15 protein

7:00PM 6OZ lean BBQ Beef Stake with lots of cut onions (i was crying good for detox, oxidation and my black eye bags) + had fresh lemon juice on stake +200Cal and +25grams of protein

8:30PM Gym for 45 mintues straight of very high intensity cardio -400CAL

Ate a Sour Pear after work out and drank a litter of water that was it for MAY 7th

Cliff notes for MAY 7TH 2008
About 1200 Calories intake which is very rough estimate and calculation
About 120 Grams of Protein Apprx. 500 Calories from Protein.
Apprx 800 Calories from High Intensity Cardio

Please Post help and suggestions and motivational material i'm planning and researching KETO Diet which will start after couple weeks of me being disciplined...

Well i do consider that my diet, water intake, and work out routine will play major impact on my progress.. It is a Day 2 on a Program and i'm LOVING IT!!!
No Cheats, No Empty Calories and no Hibernation

May 8th cliff notes...

9am wake up
Kiwi + Oatmeal with water

11am white tuna can with half pickle in salad + green tea

11.30am started a high intensity walk to work which took 30 minutes

1.30pm ate marinated cabbage with couple slices of smoked tenderloin

3.00pm one sour pear

4.00pm one carrot one kiwi

6.00 2 carrots and one white tune can

7.00pm all bran bar

7.45pm Complete a 45 minutes bicycle ride from work home pushed myself to limit

8.00pm ate a 6oz lean bbq stake with half lemon

9pm completed a 45 minute high intensity cardio work out at gym

9.15pm had a 2 slices of smoked halibut about 10 grams each and apple

Drank about 3-4L of waters..... Cannot wait to do it all over again tomorrow.....

May 9th .... I'm fully of energy... and cannot wait to do it all over again tomorrow which is to keep my working out and diet....

9AM wake up had a oat meal with water
Took Fish oil, b class vitamins, multi vitamins, cod liver oil and green tea

11am started a high intensity bike ride to work broke some nice sweat on that one....

From 1pm to 4 pm Had 2 carrots one can of cooked chicken and green tea

6.30 pm had a bowl of cabbage with white tuna can

7.10 had a kiwi and apple

7.30 started a 45 minutes bike ride home

8.25 had a 7oz stake with no fat cooked on bbq with piece of whole wheat bread and some cabbage then killed a mango.....

Was planning to hit up gym but instead washed my moms truck... Cardio is Cardio no matter how you look at it ....... Plus drenched between 3-4l of water

How can i improve my eating habits and routines?

lookin good man. keep it up. make sure you are counting your calories and try to keep 40% form carbs 40% from protein and 20% from good fats and you'll be golden

May 10th

vitamins,fish oil, cod liver oil
one chocolate plus bown of soup

45 minutes cycle ride to work

banana, apple, bowl of cabbage plus white tuna
2 carrots and apple

45 minutes cycle ride home from work

9oz stake and about 4l of water in that day

slacked off and didnt go to gym

Whole wheat with water
vitamins fish oil cod liver oil
2 mangos

6oz stake

2 small bbq ribs

Was barely controlling myself not to cheat and eat like crazy on mother day...
No alcohol consumed i must say i'm pretty excited about change....

Guys i put myself on a scale and WOW WOW 242LBS.
Training with Personal Trainer 3 times a strictly weights high intensity program and biking to work 45minutes one way. Plus have a full stock Myoplex Meal replacements i take 2-3 a day. Loving the small progress people are really see the change im going through also the ladies ladies... are giving me more attention then ever... My Goal is to hit up 220 pounds then start a nice fina cycle for muscle. My overall sence of well being is at the highest level...

You should post some pics also always weigh at the same time every day for the most accurate measurement. and the first pounds will fly off really fast because its mostly water your losing
