Question How do I carrectly determine how many calories I need?

I have tried many different calorie calculators online and they all tell me different. Can someone help me out with this. I am 5'11 290lbs. How many calories do I need if I work out 5 days per week 1 hr lifting and 1 hr treadmill 5 days per week.

Nope, he actually needs quite a bit more than that..
