Question Looking for a great cutting diet!

I've gotten to the point of needing to cut. I have done the diet, I have done the hardcore lifting routines, now, it is time. I need to cut. This will be my first time cutting, so I need some help. So, if you have some great ideas, or know what works well, I'm all ears.

I am a mesomorph
5'9"
180 pounds
and a female age 26

I know these things make a difference.

Help me out!!!

Thanks

Keto works wonders, I would strongly reccommend a ketosis diet as I have dropped 6 % bodyfat in the past 2 months .

Keto works great, but I would suggest trying to carb cycle first and see how you do. If you look at the articles on bodybuilding.com there are some great tips on carb cycling.

Try keeping your carbs to around your workout (pre, post, and maybe the meal after depending on when you workout). For example, if you workout later in the day, breakfast would be a great time for complex carbs, then again preworkout and post workout. The the rest of your meals should be comprised of healthy fats (flaxseed oil or avocado for example), proteins, and fibrous carbs.

Hope that helps
