Cool Unequal shoulders

hi,

my right shoulder is bigger than the left one. a result from some years of kali silat training I guess (maybe I was manufactured this way). however, I lift the same weight with both arms.

so, here's the question: should I train my shoulders with different weighs in order to mach them?

I know I'm not the only asymmetrical person in the world, but I want to know how you deal with your uneveness in the gym.

regards
