Favorite Music: I stopped. I listen to the sounds of nature and plates clacking together. But before it was mostly metal (Black Sabbath, Cage, Disturbed, Iron Maiden, Metallica)
Favorite Shoes: For cardio, some running shoes (Aasics I think). For weights, either slippers or some work boots I have with a hard sole for Squats/Deadlifts
Favorite shirts: Depends on the weather since I train on my front porch. It also depends on how hard I want to sweat.

I'm well rounded in my music preferences... and rap is a large portion of my collection... but I can NOT listen to it when I'm lifting... so ****ing distracting.
Music: Metal (Pantera and Metallica at the top of the list)
Shoes: New Balance cross trainers
Shirt: 2 t-shirts... first one a hanes to suck up my sweat, second one a plain old workout T to keep the sweat off the machines. I sweat A LOT!
For the future though... I'd put something like this in the Misc section.

Music: varies, has to be upbeat and relatively fresh (to my ears...can even be old songs just can't have heard them recently). I use techno, rap and rock.
Shoes: Wrestling shoes (for flat soles)
Shirts: T-shirts (half the time it is the bb.com shirts I get with orders....until they start to discolor from all the sweat, then I throw them away).
