Im so tired when I train!
Dono whats going on here. I eat a crap load of simple carbs throughout the day, started taking synephrine capsules in lue of ephedrine but Im still feeling tired. I'll do a set, and while Im resting I yawn a few times. My eyes are blood shot from yawning and I feel exhausted, yet I push through because I cant loose a day of training. I recently took a week off completely (after 8 weeks straight) and it kinda helped at first. I have increased my calorie intake now up to 3700 per day! I need something thats gona boost me for training, where I feel I wana train like a f***ing animal! Short of ephedrine itself, anyone have a suggestion?
Thanks!

What time do you train?
Maybe train earlier in the day?

More complex carbs and LOSE THE SYNEPHRINE. Even though synephrine is a stimulant, it is very draining overall. Bottom line you will feel 100 times better and have much more energy throughout your day, if you knock it out.
As far as a recommendation on another supplement, I cannot think of anything as short-term dramatic as ephedrine and definitely wouldn't recommend that if it was still legal, it is very much in the same class as synephrine.
I have had good luck with kre-alkalyne creatine for an hour to 2 hour extra pump.

Sounds like you are over training. You don't need any stimulants if your diet is in check. And try to get more sleep every night. Most people don't get enough.

Thanks for the quick response people! Ok, firstly I made the mistake of saying that I eat simple carbs. I meant complex carbs eg oatmeal twice a day, brown rice twice a day and potatos with supper, and high carb/protein shake after training. I muscle train 4 days a week, take friday off and do cardio saturday and sunday with abs on saturday. I get about 7-8 hours sleep, cant do better, days are too short!! I do train hard, train about 17:30 for no more than an hour. But by mid afternoon Im feeling tired at work. I have just started the synephrine so Im not sure if it needs some time to build up in the system, but thanks for the advice about the use of it.
Cheers

TnT (for those who know) That will get you training harder than you can believe!
There might be an underlying issue. Have you tried caffiene? I know you said you use ephedrine, but I was under the impression that ephedrine is best used with caffiene. But as I said, maybe its some sort of health problem, maybe a virus of some sort. Is it just when you train?

Good post. I have the same problem when I lift in the afternoons.
Drinking a Coke Zero before working out always seems to help me.
