I usually feel it after every workout, but not always the next day. I had changed my chest workout.
I think I'm happiest about the start of my v-taper and the fact that I have rear delts.

Thanks my dear. I've decided to try and lower my weight for my back exercises, and really concentrate on slowing the contraction down and holding it. As much as I'd like to do 100lbs lat pulldowns, I'd rather have a kick-ass back.
Stupid ego....

That's really works too. I have just recently been able to get that muscle mind connection on back, by lowering the weights. Once I got that connection, I increased the weight again.

I really need to work on this and I think it will start today. I need a new training scheme though. Suggestions?

here's my journal.
I am looking to add some mass like always. I am trying to trim the fat too. I really am looking for something with a 4 day split. Where I can get weights done in 45minutes or less so I can get some cardio in too. I would like to look like your BF in about 2 weeks. (that last part was a joke)

I can only WISH to need as little sleep as 6 hours! I have to have AT LEAST 8... or a nap... (I REALLY like my naps!)
