No-Xplode / Cell Mass - HELP I have Questions
Hi All,
do my workouts at 5 am and I take no-xplode at 4 am. Then at 6 after workout I take cell mass. I do cardio 3 days a week and weights 3 day a week.
Now the questions I need to loose another 20 lbs so whats the best times to take the no-x and cell mass?
I have heard cell mass the night before, just after workout, and if I'm trying to loose weight not at all. I'm all over the place on this. What do you guys think?
And those are all that I'm taking cept an occasional Hot Rox to try and help speed the weight loss.
Oh I forgot about 3 hrs after workout I've been having 2 scoops syntha6 for breakfast.

The real question you should be asking is... How does my diet look like? How is my diet?
You didn't mention it, so I am just saying. Xplode and Cellmass has very few calories, so it won't affect your weight loss goal(s).
so your serving times are fine/perfect.

Pretty good, My intake is supposed to be 2200-2400 cals I'm at 1750 to 2000 perday all good stuff no junk food. Mostly fish chicken lean beef turkey

Bust ya a*s on the cardio, maybe jump to 4 a wk and portion down on meals. Do alot of ab work as well.

Thanks K I'm doing 3-4 miles a day walk, jog, & sprints let see how this goes!

Sprints are the shyt...they helped me burn the weight/fat right off..
