Pull-pProof hamstrings?

How do I build a hamstring that is pull proof? I pulled my right hami 3 months ago while in a full sprint. I feel fully recovered but I don't want to EVER pull a hamstring again. If an has any ideas please let me know.

Sounds like your quads are overdominant... at least in a lot of cases that can cause hamstrings to pull easily. Start stretching your hammies more, and cut some of the quad exercises out. If you squat, make sure your squatting deep and that you have good flexibility of the hip. Read this article here and see what you can get from it

Take it from me... baby your hammies!
Pay close attention to form & if you get the slightest tweak, don't ignore it!!

I pulled both of mine at the same time(think Cirque De Soule gone very wrong) some 10 yrs back. They were fine for many yrs because I cared for them & never over did it. One week, I pushed my self ever so slightly too hard.
You ever want to hate life, try tendinitis on both sides.

Ice & Tiger balm are my friends after a good stretch.

I don't hate...
I dislike intensely, loathe, detest, abhor, abominate, anathematize, object to, recoil from, and on the good days allergic to, spit upon, & unlove...
or just hide the body where no one will ever find it.
:P

*scampers off...

I think your right. I've been squatting hard since like last fall. Quads are really strong. I've been doing a lot of leg curls and still leg dead lifts to compensate.
