Does evryone here eat evry 3 to 4 hrs??
does evryone eat evry 3-4 hrs to get there ptein in ?? or do some of u not really take care of time and jst eat all ur requirments as long as u get all ur intake for the day ??

well, I do, but perhaps that is mainly because I get too physically hungry if I don't eat at least every 3-4 hours

If I'm having a busy day then no, I like to though because I get hungry otherwise. As long as my macros are in check by the time I go to bed I feel fine no matter how many meals I've eaten (wouldn't do anything like just one massive meal a day either though!)

I *try* to eat a minimum of 500 calories every 2-3 hours.

I eat every 2.5 hours. Usually if I go any longer I get really light headed and weak.

I eat everywhere from 2.5 to 3 hours sometimes stretch it to 4 depending if Im busy and have things to do but usually stick to the 3 hour range

I do shift work,I never work the same shift, so i never eat every 2/3/4 hours. I try to eat 3 proper meals and two snacks, but always counting of how much protein, fat and carbs i need, as in i wouldn't go crazy on portions and stuff.

Every 2 - 2.5 as well for me. I find by the time 2.5 is up, I'm unconsiously floating to the kitchen and getting my next meal ready.

I eat every 2.5-3. At 4 hours I start to have blood sugar issues.

I'm hungry!
2.5-3 for me too.
Otherwise I'm savage. People look at me funny when I eat loads, because i'm not overweight.. its like they dont understand - and when I explain that eating this often is better for the metabolism, they look at me like I'm on drugs...
