i'm currently doing cardio post lifting to lose some fat... my husband tells me i need to get post workout nutrition in my body immedialely, before i do my cardio so i won't lose that window of uptake... i could'nt stomach a drink and then do cardio... is waiting 20-30 minutes after lifting , to do some cardio, going to affect my gains that significantly?
How much cardio are you doing post workout?? you have a 30 min window after your WORKOUT to get your nutrition in...You just need to take your shake after your cardio and you will be fine... once i took my shake just after lifting cause i thought hey i will drink it during my 5 min cooldown... and i decided to do like 20 mins cardio instead... thought i was gonna barf everywhere!
