AX 3-AD stacking
well finished 2 weeks of taking this 4 caps a day at first i gained around 4 pounds first week but then i took it off, alcohol doesn't go well with the gaining
as far as the strength gains all my workouts at the second week went bombing the pump is great i get people telling me that all the time that i look bigger each day with my arms getting more tuned..
eat smart drink less alcohol train hard and the 3-AD will probably help you break your lifting records..
shifting up a gear next week will be continued..

hahaha, been there before... one too many times. To that list I can add "calling ex girlfriends twin sister"... NOT GOOD!
Also... has anyone ever tried NoXplode and Vodka? It's much like redbull vodkas, but better.
