Thanks for the comments.
I have tried to gain muscle in the post by increasing the calories. I did have noticeable strength gains, got a lot stronger and gained some muscle for sure. The only problem is that I gained fat too, and lost a lot of muscle definition.
Can anyone give me some help on strategies to gain lean muscle without the fat while "bulking"?
Thanks

I admired your stand in the Misc. forum. You sure took a lot of crap in taking your stand. I decided to abandon it. The Book says..."Don't cast your pearls before swine or they will trample them under foot, then turn and rip you apart." I tried to reason....but there was just immature put-downs and name calling. Boy, this forum is so much more mature. MXL

I am one week out from a guest posing appearance at the 2008 NGA Carolina Night of Champions in Greensboro, NC and two weeks out from the 2008 FAME Pro Masters World Championships in Toronto.
I am 142.0 in these photos with 7.2% body fat.
I am nearly ready for these two shows.

Those pictures are incredible. Great job, bro. I had been getting a little disillusioned about getting a body like that here at 36. But, you burst that bubble for me. Thank you.
Now...off to the gym. I have work to do.

Well, I guess I should get a pic of myself up. I'm so out of shape though. Kinda on the embarrassed side.

One Week out from my next Pro Show, the 2008 FAME World Championships in Toronto, June 14. At 65, I will be competing in the Grand Master Pro Class of 55 years and older athletes.
My weight is 141.0 and my body fat is 7%. I will hit the stage on June 14 at around 145 pounds and 6% body fat. My tan is for my Guest Posing appearance tomorrow night at the 2008 NGA Carolina Night of Champions in Greensboro, NC. I'm also judging at this show.

It has good health benefits, if you can afford it from your doctor. It is meant to be used long term, no sense doing it under 1 year. Oh, that stuff you posted is not GH, it is crap.

Taken 5/9/08
I started to train like I did when I competed. I am currently 48. The first 3 are current. The last one is when I won a show at 31. I leaned out a little since 5/9/08.
